More information Why Study Further Maths?
A ‘taster’ session is being held on-line for mathematics students. You may want to know more about what learning Further Maths entails, or are considering studying Further Maths. This session is a good opportunity to ‘try before you buy’ so to speak.
The session is suitable for both Year 11 and 12 students and aims to give insight into what topics and modules can be studied for an AS or A-level Further Maths qualification, what extra support is available and what it feels like studying Further Maths online.
The session is free for all state funded schools and will take place online after school hours and will last for one hour. It will be held through Teams and once places are confirmed you will be sent the link and instructions on how to access the session. Teachers and Parents are welcome to attend also.
